Mallory had her first cheerleading competition at the Coliseum in Jackson on Sunday. We were told this was a "small" competition but was a bit overwhelmed when we got there. East Miss. Cheerleading has 3 squads. All 3 squads took home 1st place trophies! There were squads from all over the state. Categories range from mini (age 5-8), middle school, junior high and high school. Squads competed in dance, hip-hop, cheerleading (girls, co-ed, and all-stars). This was my first time to roll Mallory's hair. It turned out really cute. She was proud of her curls!
